Linking to external issue tracking

It would be great if we could define a keyword and link template that would link to external issue systems. i.e. I'd like to be able to link to my github issues list from story descriptions. So if I typed something like github:345 it would expand to #345 or something similar.

Anyway, just a suggestion.

    Hi Pat,

That's a great idea and I will be happy to add that to our integration requests, we plan on adding several integrations in the future. One of our members of the AgileZen community shared a way his company has Github commits show on AgileZen cards, so maybe the issue links could be tied in that way for now (https://github.com/MarkBorcherding/agilezen-github-post-receive-hook). Though, we plan to make it much easier to integrate with other systems, like Github, in the future. Thanks for the great suggestion!

    Sincerely,

    Mary

I came here looking for the exact same thing. Issue tracker and build server integration would be great features to have.

    Hi Pat and Bjørn,

We have now successfully integrated with Github, Bitbucket, Google Code, HipChat and Campfire. If you track your issues in Github and you reference an issue with a commit message, you can also have that commit attached to a story card in AgileZen. If you would like to setup the integration, check out our how-to article here: http://help.agilezen.com/kb/integrations/github

Please let me know if you have any questions :)

    Sincerely,

    Mary
