Do performance metrics (cycle time, lead time) measured in calendar days or working days?
This makes a difference. If it is in calendar days then if my cycle time is 9 days then I would subtract 2 for the "weekend" and have an actual cycle time of 7 days!

Hi John,
Metrics are measured in calendar days, currently we don't restrict the metrics to Monday - Friday since we are used globally and don't want to restrict anyone to a specific work week. We may add the ability to designate your own work week in the future and would be happy to add your support for this feature :)
Sincerely,
Mary

I would like that feature as right now the metrics are interpreted in a way that are misleading. We think in terms of working days rather than calendar days. Even having a simple checkbox like "Don't include weekends (Sat/Sun) in metrics calculations" or "Assume a 5-day work week" would probably be sufficient without having to resort to defining a work week.
Thanks,
John

Hi John,
Thank you for the feedback and the good suggestions on how we could implement these options :) We are currently working on some UI changes and maybe we will be able to add one of them. I don't have a timeframe for when these changes will be completed yet, but will update everyone once they are released via our blog. Thanks again for your input, we really appreciate it.
Sincerely,
Mary
