Hey Niki and Mary,
I don't really understand why you are closing discussions when keeping them open would allow you to better understand the size of the need via user feedback. But since you do close these (examples below), I'll open a new one on the same issue. We need the ability to pull a card from the bottom of the list to the top without having to drag it up 5 times because of viewable window limitations.

<Suggestion: Why don't you just leave this open for a while to solicit other user's feedback on the topic>

    Hi Brooke,

An easy way to move a card from the bottom of a list to the top without having to worry about scrolling is using the up arrow button :) If you click on the top of a story card a menu will show along the bottom of the card. Clicking the up arrow will send the card to the top of the phase and the down arrow will send the card to the bottom.

In regards to closing feedback discussions, we treat each discussion a little different. If a feature is already planned, we normally close the discussion. If the feedback is resolved by a feature we already have, then we also close it. We usually leave a discussion open for around a month and sometimes longer if it seems to receive additional support. Even with a feedback discussion left open, we often receive duplicates so a lot of time the duplicate discussions are closed. We log each feedback request in a separate spreadsheet that allows us to better sort, track and view user feedback.

Thank you for the great question into how we manage user feedback, we really appreciate your input :) We are always looking on ways to improve and may change how we handle the discussions in the future.

    Thanks again!

    Mary
