Hi there,

Don't know if you know about this or not so here goes.

My user preferences are set to dd/mm/yyyy but when I try and add a story with a deadline date after the 12th of a month the add just hangs, if I select a date from the 1st to the 12th it's fine, also if I change my date preferences to mm/dd/yyyy I can enter any date too.

Cheers

    Hi Reuben,

I do see that you were running into this error by looking at our error logs -- however, I am now unable to replicate the issue. Can you try again (if you still want your date in that format), and let me know if it works for you now? It may have been a transient issue that has since corrected itself. If you do still run into the issue, can you provide further detail into where you are entering the date, how (via the date selector or manually by double clicking the deadline field), and the exact behavior of the application when you add the date (a screenshot would be most helpful if possible)?

    Thanks so much!

    Ashley

    Hi Ashley,

Ok, I am now set back to d/m/y format, if I add a story on the board for 30/08/2012 (selected from the picker) it's fine, if I add it from the Work view in the same way it's still hangin'.

Please find screenshot attached. I'm only playing at the mo so no big shakes, just thought I'd pass the info on.

    Cheers
    Reuben

Thanks so much for the further information Reuben! We'll look into the cause and glad there is an adequate workaround in the meantime.

    Sincerely,

    Ashley
