Archive project?

Hi,

I sprung for a Pro account last year when we were attempting a project that I thought would benefit from using Agile techniques. Since then, we have gone back to our old ways but I don't want to lose all the work that we did in AgileZen.

Without having to continue to pay $29/mo out of my own pocket (company isn't paying), can I somehow archive a project so that I can show it off in the future?

Maybe someone has found a workaround for this before.

    Hi Cameron,

I'm sorry to hear you won't be using AgileZen anymore and hope you will give us a try again in the future. Yes, you can archive projects :) To qualify for the Free plan you will need to archive all projects but 1, since it has a one active project limit. Also, only 1 collaborator is available so you would also need to remove any extra you have. You can archive a project by going to it's "Home" page and selecting the "Archive" button to the right. When archiving the projects you will also want to delete all attachments which is possible upon archive, since the Free plan does not have any storage.

After you've followed these steps, you should be able to downgrade your plan to the Free version. If not, it will show you in RED what is making the downgrade ineligible. Please let me know if you have any trouble with this process or any questions along the way :)

    Sincerely,

    Mary

    Thanks!
Don't worry, I'm not leaving AgileZen. I'm sure I will upgrade again in the future when the need arises.
